Refund policy

We want you to love your TINI glasses. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged Items: If your glassware arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

How to Return: Email us at hello@tiniglass.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
