We ship all orders via FedEx to ensure your glassware arrives safely. Orders are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TINI glasses. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged Items: If your glassware arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

How to Return: Email us at tiniglassco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
