Shipping

We ship all orders with trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS to ensure your glassware arrives safely. Orders are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TINI glasses. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged Items: If your glassware arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

How to Return: Email us at hello@tiniglass.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
