Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping TINI. Because we ship glassware, every order is packed with care to arrive safely. Please read the details below before placing an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
During launches, restocks, and peak holiday weeks, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. We'll flag this at checkout when it applies.
Shipping methods & rates
We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. All orders ship with tracking.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after your order ships
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after your order ships (available at checkout)
How we pack glassware
Every TINI order is hand-packed in a double-walled box with custom foam and recycled paper padding. We test our packaging against drop and compression standards so your glasses arrive the way they left our studio.
Damaged in transit
We're small, we care, and glass breaks. If something arrives damaged, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging
We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice
No need to return the broken piece.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, TINI is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier to file a claim. Order changes & cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email [hello@tiniglass.com] within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled.
